Meet Dana
Dana Wadsworth is the founder and lead planner of Destined by Dana LLC, a boutique event planning and coordination company rooted in faith, service, and style. With a background in high finance and a heart for intentional celebration, Dana blends strategy with creativity to curate experiences that reflect her clients’ stories with elegance and soul.
Known for her sharp eye and calm presence, Dana thrives on the details — from the flow of the program to the placement of every floral stem.
“I love seeing all the small details come together,” she says. “Attendees and clients don’t always know what it took to get to the day, but seeing their reactions makes it all worth it.”
A first-generation college graduate of Jamaican descent, Dana was raised to believe in the power of preparation, perseverance, and community. Her work is informed by those values — and by her own journey of building legacy through excellence.
When she’s not designing seamless events or recording episodes of her podcast, The Other Side of Town, Dana finds joy in mentoring young women, serving her sorority, and staying grounded in her walk with Christ.
